Payment Method Standard - have to confirm oder twice?

Hi,

I'm using the standard payment method as well as Paypal to allow people to phone in with payment details.

When you select this Payment method, tick the TOS and hit 'Confirm Purchase'  I then see My cart with 'Message       Checkout done, please confirm the order'

With the same button at the Bottom saying 'Confirm Purchase' it is only when I click the button the second time does the order get written and the email sent.

It is not intuitive and I wonder how many people are not hitting the button for the second time, any thoughts?

Interestingly this is also what occurs in the VM demo.

Why would you have a 'Confirm Purchase' button which simply puts up a message asking you to confirm the order, when that is what you thought you were doing on the first click?

This is the default Virtuemart behaviour at checkout.

Thanks for confirming but it does seem a bit odd to 'Confirm Purchase' twice? If the visitor didn't read the note carefully they might think their order is complete as they wouldn't expect to see the same page showing up again and being asked to hit the same button again?

Maybe I'm getting confused but there seems as though nothing has changed between the first confirm and the second apart form the note to say please hit it again?
