question about custom fields

You really helped me a lot, I am looking for hours to add the images 

Now I have a more difficult question about custom fields. I need a few extra custom fields and I will try to explain what I mean. I am selling solar panels so I want customers to make some choices in mounting systems, this I what I want to achieve:

If they order one row they must pay € 38,- (with tax of 21%)
2 rows will be € 48,-
3 rows will be € 72,-
4 rows will be € 95,-
5 rows will be € 150,-
6 rows will be € 140,-
7 rows will be € 160,-
8 rows will be € 190,-
9 rows will be € 220,-
10 rows will be € 240,-
11 rows will be € 260,-
12 rows will be € 280,-


When they order more than 12 they must pay for every extra row € 22,50


Finally they can choose from black or grey. If they choose black there must be 10% extra costs from the rows, example 2 rows black will be € 48 + 10%


Do you think this is possible to make with custom fields??

The multivariant custom field is one way it could work

You need two ramifications when you set it up-- the first ramification could be the number of rows and the second ramification could be the color. You can have the prices adjusted according to the number of rows and then add the extra for the color. It's tedious, but it would probably do the trick. See the attached screenshot--hope it helps!
