ERROR vmError: Couldnt create thumb, file not found

Hi,
I have this each time for the same file in log file:

ERROR vmError: Couldnt create thumb, file not found /var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/httpdocs/images/stories/virtuemart/product/images/stories/virtuemart/category/masonl_senna-f1.jpg

When you check the path images/stories/virtuemart/product/images/stories/virtuemart/category/ something is wrong, but i don't have found why.
I have removed, reupload the file, changing the name. But this fail always.
I have this problem only in 2 files and for category only currently.
All other thumbs working well, i checked file/folder permisssion and all are correct set.
I have checked the createThumb function. Strange si why i have product/images/stories/virtuemart/category/masonl_senna-f1.jpg as path.
I tried a VM 3.0.10 update, result is same.
[SOLVED] This was a DB import problem from images having same names.
VM 3.0.9.6 + J3.4

Could it be connected to the filename? remove the _ and - as test.
