Prices without tax is not showing in site

hello i am trying to figure how can i make prices without tax showing for registered users in my site. i want taxes showing only when i am in the cart and i can't figure it . i am using virtuemart 3 and i tried to change value at pricing tab and edit my template but i can't find the solution ...  any help apreciated

ok sorry, i didn't mention it. well i use VM 3.0.8

you should be on at least vm3.0.10 -- many changes and bug fixes since 3.0.8
