SOLVED - Configuring Avalara Tax - An error occurred when verifying security

Every time I try to save my Avalara Tax settings Virtuemart V3 barfs up the following error:

vmError: Exception: ping An error occurred when verifying security for the message.

last response:

None of my settings are saved. Any ideas?

Max was able to help me out. There are two separate plugins for tax calculations, AvaTax and TaxCloud. I was using AvaTax. The TaxCloud plugin is using some of the same variable names and creating a conflict. This is a new version and things like this will be solved eventually, but for now, Max solved it for me. I'm guessing he disabled TaxCloud.
