Problem with related products

When i try and add a related product fro mthe custom fields tab I get a list of blank boxes with an X on them.regardless of what i pick nothing gets added.

is anyone else having this issue?

**UPDATE**
a few records were missing NO IDEA WHY but this will fix it.

Thanks this worked though i had to change the field `custom_field_desc` to `custom_field_desc`

Nice one, had the same problem and I don´t think I would have figured this out on my own.

A little change to your MySQL query, you need to change the field from: "custom_field_desc" to "custom_desc"
