PayPal IPN Transaction on your site: Possible fraud

Hi

All has been fine with orders via our website until the last few days. Now we are receiving the following error message and although the order goes through successfully at PayPal, we are no longer receiving notification emails from PayPal to say the order has been placed or the confirmation email from VM with details of the order. The order shows as pending in the back end of the website:

Subject: PayPal IPN Transaction on your site: Possible fraud

Error code 506. Possible fraud. Error with REMOTE IP ADDRESS = 173.0.81.1.
                        The remote address of the script posting to this
notify script does not match a valid PayPal ip address

            These are the valid IP Addresses: The Order ID received was:
a8230126

Did you get a resolultion ?  I am having the same error

I found this solution but there is no notify.php in my Joomla
