Featured products issue

I have a problem with Virtuemart. What happens is the featured products in the front view. What happens is that with each update my page with f5, only certain products are shown with the price, and others will disappear and shows no in stock. This happens every preciono f5 that randomly on different products "outstanding".
Passing both the module and directly putting it Virtuemart configuration.
This only happens with the Featured Products, I thank in advance any comment, thanks.
