weekly firm order

Hi all,

I have a bakery and use virtuemart.
My customer need  to order for the whole week in 1 time: (firm order)

monday 2 bread
wednsday 4 bread
Friday 10 bread
etc.

the invoice have to go by day even as the shipmentdocument.
and the custumer has to have the abillity to change the order

can this be done?


and how?
