Moving to new host and I am getting "Access denied on Virtumart Components"

Hi,
I am trying to move a site to a new host and when I am trying to unzip the data to "public_html" folder I get errors of "ACCESS DENIED" for files in folder ".../components/com_virtuemart/themes/pbv_multi/scripts/temp/..." .
I have a part of them below:

The site's admin confirm me that the product seem to be fine, but the problem is that there is order-mail confirmation neither for the client nor for the administrator. Has this to do with these errors I am getting?

Can anyone help me with this?

Use Akeeba backup to move a site....

/themes/pbv_virtuemart is not part of normal VM structure, nor would it use a Wordpress config file....

Unfortunately, I have not access to the previous server. They sent me the zip file and the DB and I have to move them to a new host.
The problem with the confirmation mail has to do with these errors? Do you know what I have to update to get order-mails and send confirmation mails?

PS:"it is a joomla site, not a Wordpress...if it changes something"
