Product amount not displaying in order summary page

Hello,
I have recently just installed virtuemart on my joomla 3.0.

I've added products to the virtuemart and displayes properly. But when i want to proceed to checkout, the product added does not display on the order summary page talk less of allowing us to proceed to checkout. Amazingly, when I login with the Super Administrator account, it allows me to proceed to payment page.

What could be the cause of these problem and what's the solution.

I will appreciate your advise and suggestions.

Thanks for your prompt response.
My VirtueMart is version: 3.0.6 and Joomla is version: 3.3.3 Stable and PHP Version: 5.5.17 .

Looks like you have JavaScript turned off for the cart? See my config. You may also have not set shopper groups or permissions correctly if everything works for superadmin.
