Category and cart link problem

Hello,

I am not getting what this happening.. I am developing site for my client using virtuemart3

Here is what i am getting..

On category page :
See here http://industrialcomms.co.uk/new_site/store-a-g/eks-engel-gmbh

user& pass: help

One child category link is : like  root/store-a-g/eks-engel-gmbh/subcat1
another are:  root/component/virtuemart/?Itemid=117

Why different url if using default template.

Another why double cart in url ?
like  www.abc.com/cart/cart

See here : https://buyonlinefragrances.com/
Add a product to cart and see link of "show cart".

Please help me to solve this issue.
