Virtue mart 3:04, is very difficult to set up!

Let's be fair. Virtue mart 3:04 is very difficult to set up. Formerly it was easier! Registration buyers should be integrated with the login joomla since the registration of new users. This way is down! Should return the login virtuemart or else there is any free third! Also there is a functional and responsive template of virtuemarte, many who have tried joomla breaks the page to display the products, menus, others. example (JSN Escape Pro), there are still difficulties to open virtuemart cart registration (3.04) using JSN PRO in loomla 3.3  (Do not open the shopping cart and change the template joomla is mangled)! Anyway I'm inclined to give up, because I do not think it's right not advanced users (most) have to edit the virtuemart module in css to display the shopping cart and virtuemart menu or to interact properly! Regrettable, was formerly much more practical (login module and cart) and easier to set up! Usability should be priority!

I understand your frustration .. but from reading your post it would appear your problem is your template

have you tried a CLEAN install of vm3.0.6 on a CLEAN J3.3.6?

I have just completed two sites over the last days to exactly the above spec with no problems
Put a SIMPLE template on it - job done - people come to commercial websites to buy things - not be entertained by the latest jquery "look how clever I am" boondoggle

your cart has a fatal error - you need to track it down or get the template builder to fix it or get a better template

Yes friend, this your suggestion will be my next step, also reported it to the developer to JSN that enhance integration with virtue, for it is one of the most important components of joomla in my opinion! My indignation is already installed many virtuemart components to more than 6 years and after three years without moving it, analyzing and comparing with the old versions, is much more complicated! Also the integration of logins and registrations of joomla and virtue by the new configuration requires the purchase of a third login module mostly paid, the shopping cart should be available configuration where the priorities menu as an example (zip / zip) before the address should also be more functional, so I'm still thinking if I will change all my template and site layout to use the virtue or change to another ecommerce component. Alexmar, before you tell this really strange things, use our fullinstaller. Completly ready, with login module and so on.
