Paypal payment issue on cart page

VirtueMart 3.0.6.2
I am struggling with a serious problem with the paypal payment gateway as has multiple problems and I think they all come from the same problem. I already contact Paypal and they say is a Virtuemart problem and have to search there the solution and I think they are right beacuse before updating to latest version I had even more problems.

The main problem:

Once you are on the shopping cart page you press "Buy Now" you are redirect to Paypal page WHITOUTH inserting the shipping address, accepting terms and conditions or to log in in your account. You have an empty of details cart page , just the items are in basket and the action leave you to go to payment page....

On the same Cart page if you click on it, to do some action like for example check the terms and conditions box or to delete one of the items , you are automatically redirected to Paypal again....

I really need a solution on this please , any idea is much appreciate.
