Problems after migration to another server

I made the migration from one server to another. On the new server, everything works fine, just do not let me finalize the order.
After checking the configuration, indicates a error:

error

Could not create path / home / ******/ public_html / WebStoreCoronel / logs to store information log. Check your folder / home / ****** / public_html / WebStoreCoronel / permissions logs.

Are the old server paths.

I must change the JOOMLA  configuration.php file  or I have to change another file to correct the situation?

Hello,

the files of the patch have been fixed.

But still with an error when I finish a order.

I log in, choose the product, go to the cart and choose the payment method. make the order and submit. all works

But on the last page, when I have to finish the order, click on the buton and gives me a blank page and I can not complete the process.

This is happening after migrating the site to another server. The original site works perfectly.

Can the problem may be with php version?

In the original server is with the version:
Base Version 5.5.40-cll
Database collation utf8_unicode_ci
PHP version 5.3.28

On the server where the migration is done like this:

Base Version 5.6.23
Database collation latin1_swedish_ci
PHP version 5.4.34
