Module to Change Currency Based On Shopper Groups

I am developing a website with Virtuemart.

There will be two scenarios :
1. Distributors will see the pricing in EUR, download the invoice in EUR and pay in EUR.
2. Dealers will see the pricing in MYR, download the invoice in MYR and pay in MYR.

The payment methods are via PayPal or via bank transfer.

Please let me know the time and the cost to develop the module that can change currency based on shopper groups.
