Custom Field Update from VM 2 to VM 3

Hello,
I'm updating a site to VM 3.0.2 and Joomla 3.3.6 and I have problems to configure the new customfields.
My Customer needs to have the ability to:
1. create a product
2. in the customfield chose : Size & Color
3. after having chosen that customfield he can select from a preconfigured list of sizes and another preconfigured list of colors
4. adjust the price for that variation

As Images speak more than Words, I attach screenshots of the customfield as it was used and configured in VM 2.6

Nobody has an Idea? (or could show me the direction where to look for a solution?)
