Notice: no shipping selected

Hi,

I've set up the following vm and shipment options. Prices are only shown for registered visitors. When people order below €100,00 they can't order. When they order below €300,00 they have to pay for shipping, above €300,00 shipping is free.

The result of my settings is: When people don't reach the €100,00 they get the message that there is no shipping selected. This message is in the cart. When they reach the €300,00 the message is there again. In between the message isn't there, the standard shipping costs are mentioned.

How can I remove those messages?
