How to change vendor or vendor mailadres

Hi All,

Wondering why the confirmation mails are now sent to another mailaddress (mail address of the joomla site admin).
How can I manage the confirmation mail address or change the shop owner?
I managed to get to the user section and deleted the super user as vendor and got the right user to be a vendor. But that did not do the job.

Using Joomla 2.5.27 and VM 2.0.26d

Hi Sonate,


Very Old VM - you need to update your software - to the latest versions and then check that the user has permissions to receive emails in Joomla and also fill in all the necessary information.


Then go back to VM and look at the settings for your vendor (IN Shoppers) - check the email settings are correct there and check if they have permission to receive emails.




With such an older version of VM - make sure you do a back up first.

Hi,

I've updated Joomla and Virtuemart as well. Now on versions 3.3.6 and VM 3.0.2
However the superadmin still receives the mails that are sent when an order is made.
Superadmin is no vendor and the only vendor is set up correctly (with another mailadres). The vendor has the right to receive mails.

Anyone?
