checkout screen not splitting out the markups in price

Hi, when viewing the cart and there is a line-item for a product, the user initially sees the base price but when VAT is applied: the "Price" column is blank, the "Tax" column is blank and the "Total" now reflects the price with the tax - but there is no breakdown of what it is composed of (i.e. Price: $10, Tax: $1, Total: $11). How do I better display the different elements of the price here?

Oddly, the Tax does appear split out on it's own on the bottom "Total" line...
