Adjust backend template for orders overview?

Hey everyone,

Is there any way to change the layout of the "orders"-overview in the VM2 backend?
I'd like to exchange the "article number"-column in the overview of ordered items to show the GTIN value of each item instead.

Anyone know how to do this, or where to start?

it will be over riding/adjusting the admin templates in the same way you would do for the frontend - assuming GTIN is available in the object on the admin orders view
