3.0.2 pricing order

When I have multiples prices for a product and I try to sort them.
When I save it ignores the order and resort them by price higher to lower

I have 5 prices depending on quantity.
I want the default (when peoples access the product page) to default to the 3rd price and quantity

how do I do all that?
