Date or String Custom Field as dropdown instead of radio buttons

Trying to get date or string custom field types to display as a dropdown list. Can this be done?

So this can make a date type custom field that can be adjusted for each product display as a dropdown select field instead of a radio field? I don't see that specified. I see a select dropdown in the demo, but might that be a cart variant type?

A date could be a simple string/text as you indicate in your message. I don't understand the question about date type.

Si if I want to create a dropdown for a product where the dates can be added via string or otherwise and those can vary from product to product without creating a new custom field for each product, your plugin will be able to handle it?
