Authorize.net Card Declined Notice Files

Was wondering where the files are that show the info to a customer that there was an AVS miss match..  These are very confusing and was hoping to change what it says..

Thank You.. But what I'm looking for is the Error Language.. to reword it. Don't see it in that file.  does it come from Authorize.net?
