Special fields and cart issue

Hello,

I have a problem with my site, (Joomla! 2.5.27 and VirtueMart 2.6.10 ) with some products i have special fields with sizes uing comma's (like 12,5). There is no problem there, but when added to the cart, the comma disappears and the is just a size 12... instead of a size 12,5 as in this example

At :schoenmaat; is the problem. Does anybody have an idea what is wrong here and how i can fix this?

Good morning!

I found a solution that works for now.  I read in another thread that file 'libraries/joomla/methods.php' has changed and i replaced the new one with the old one of the 2.5.14-version. that solved my problem, but i hope it is safe to use the old version of the file?
