Product-Category only visible for specific User / Usergroup

Hi there.

I'm setting up a virtuemart for catalogue-use only. I have some categories, which can be viewed by everybody, but some should just be visible for registered users, which I are members of a specific Usergroup. Is there some way to accomplish that? Another option would be to make the category only visible for certain Users, because there aren't so many, that would also be administrateable.

Another possibility would be, that not registered users (or simply the -default- and -anonymous- groups) don't see the categories listed, which are "empty" for them, but I didn't find a way to do this either.

You can use the custom filters module.
There is a setting to include/exclude specific categories.
I think it is in the free version.

So you can create 2 modules for different user groups.
