Authorize.net payment issue during checkout

There is an issue with authorize.net payment plugin. When a user goes to checkout, a message shows "the card info is invalid, CSV is Invalid, and Experation date". This is an on and off issue which has nothing to do with the card. I ran tests where the card worked and then it didn't later the same day. No settings changed or updates done. I once did an update which solved the issue but now its not the case.

I have all the latest versions. Nothing is posting to authorize regarding the card info being wrong. The payments were working before.

Seems to only be an issue with new customers who register during checkout. I logged in with an existing account and the checkout worked. When registering during checkout and attempting to checkout, I get error messages: Card Number Invalid, Card CVV Number Invalid or Missing, Expiration Date Invalid.
