System Cache for VM 2.6.10 [experimental]

Hi devs.

I developed a new cache plugin for VirtueMart, called "Plugin Cache VirtueMart"

It was changed the Joomla's system cache plugin, to make cache only in component section, not entire page as default plugin does ( also I make an option to not make cache for cart's view ).

So, in this way the modules could have or not the cache enabled.

I used for a client that has 17 k products ( + ~8 customfields per product ). Results for the VM Joomla 2.5 version (2.6.10) is: the home page was executed 8k queries before enable the cache.

After enabled the cache, only 600 querys is executed.
