offline direct cash payment (no creditcard info need to be stored)

I want to add option 'Cash/Self' , Insurance1, Insurance2 as payment methods. (offline). No realtime transactions needed on virtuemart side. Just we want to add these options (for record purpose) and add money amount to each order.
