authorize.net SIM not Changing Order from Pending to Confirmed

I can successfully submit a credit card transaction via the authorize.net SIM plugin.  I get the receipt with the CC approval code on the authorize.net site, but I can't seem to get VirtueMart to recognize the "Silent Post URL" from authorize.net in order for it to change the order from "Pending" to "Confirmed".

If I look at the "get" response from the authorize.net site, it does say that the card was approved.

I followed the 2012 instructions contained in the topic http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=108618.0 regarding this issue, but am still not able to get anything to work.

Any help would be appreciated!

My site is www.holylanddesigns.com.  I do NOT currently have SSL, but from what I've read it doesn't sound like it should be required in order to receive the Silent Post URL.

I am using the following: 
  - Joomla 2.5.20
  - PHP 5.3.29
  - VirtueMart 2.6.8

But isn't this a 3rd party plugin? If so the developer is the one to ask....
