PROBLEM WITH URL NOTIFICATION - REALEX PAYMENT - Virtuemart 2.6.10

Hello, I have a problem with the virtuemart configuration, the bank transfers (OK / KO) are ok but the url notification keep to users to an error 500.

Where can I change that feature in Virtuemart? What can I do?

The system is joomla 2.5  with virtuemart 2.6.10 (virtuemart aio - with Realex Payment)

The bank says that they cant do anything

Can anybody help me? I need only that the system keep to users to a confirm order page (Thanks page)

Hi Antonio,

Thanks for getting in touch. I have spoken to your account manager who will have sent on the fix.

Just in case other users find it useful I will post it here too:

1) Navigate to plugins/vmpayment/realex_hpp_api/realex_hpp_api.php

2) After line 1695 add the following:

$html .= '<input type="hidden" name="option" value="com_virtuemart" />';


This issue didn't affect all merchants but in future this line will be included in all releases.
