REGISTER - ADD A PRODUCT

I use I use VM.2.6.6 with Joomla 2.5.20, template: inStyl from Gavick.

If an account is logged on the site und goes to my account, there is a "REGISTER - ADD A PRODUCT"

Where exactly can I disable this, I dont need this function.

If I click on the link the message is: Restricted access.

That is something in your Gavick template overrides - you should ask them. Default VM template details page is as below:
