Alatak USPS Module - Nothing Being Returned

I have an account with USPS.

Just installed the Alatak USPS module - version 2.0.8_1.29.

Enabled it and configured it.  Chose several shipping options.

When I go to select the shipment in the cart, it returns an empty page with no options.  I went in and removed a number off the USPS login, saved, and went back to the cart.  Got the message that the account was unauthorized.  This was done just to ensure the hosting allows for it to talk to USPS.

Product was configured with a weight of 2.25 pounds.

Any reason why it is not returning any shipping options?
