This whole "Missing Flag en-US for language en-US." issue has me lost

I get this warning in the back end.  Ive searched far too long in these forums and tried everything I can find but I still get this error.
"Missing Flag en-US for language en-US.
Go to Extensions > Language Manager > Content, and check the parameter Image Prefix for this language."

I go there and I see it but there is nothing to "check".  I guess there is supposed to be a little flag icon somewhere.  DOes that effect the functin of the cart?

It should look similar to the screenshot attached below. Click 'New' and create a line for en-US. In your case the language tag is
'en-US' and the language code and image prefix are 'us'.

Keep in mind that those prefixes comes in Lowercase and capitalization matters here
