Only send email on checkout

Hi guys

There might be topics about this already, but i havent found any. I am looking to make a very simple checkout in my webshop only by email:
When the billing-information is filled out, and shipping method is chosen, I want to send an email to the buyer containing: shopping cart and information needed to bank-transfers.

Is this possible, and how do i do it?

After checkout vm send a email (if it is configured in BA). Make a override for these emails and write your message "information needed to bank-transfers".

Sounds like the exact thing i want, but you are talking to a guy who never setup a website or a webshop before in his life.
I already have PayPal setup as payment, and i now want to add the extra option of "bank transfer the money".

How can i customize the e-mail and include banktransfer details IF they choose bank-transfer?
In the e-mail a customer receives at the moment, there is a line of text saying whether the payment is confirmed or not. If this line of text could include the bank-transfer details, it would be awesome.

you can use the "vm Standard payment" as your bank details method

I have set it to standard now.
I just need to configure the customer email now, so my bank details are included. Do you have any idea to how i include it, when "standard" is chosen as payment type?

what ever "payment details" you write in the method will show up in the email - have a play - experiment...

I have tried to add some text in product description and in product info. Unfortunately, they dont show up the best places in the e-mail.
I have made a screenshot, and added some arrows of where the text is now, and where i would like it to go.
Is that possible?

Please search for template over rides  - just about every view you can configure in VM2.0 by creating your own over rides ..
the invoice views are in components/com_virtuemart/views/invoice/tmpl

I have made a million google searches, and i am no where closer to understanding how to use the overrides just to insert some text in an email.
Isn't there a way of inserting the text in a "container" or something like that?
