Order status changing back to 'Confirmed'

Hi there,

I've setup two new order statuses 'Ready for Collection' and 'Collected'.

When a Confirmed payment from paypal express is received for collection, we mark the confirmed order as 'Ready for Collection' from the Purchase Order screen - this then sends out the email to the customer that the order is ready for them to collect. Then when the order is collected, we mark it as Collected from the purchase order screen (so we know what's been dispatched and what has been collected) but a few seconds later it automatically changes the order status back to 'Confirmed' - with the message "Your payment for order ***** has been confirmed by Paypal - and sends the Confirmation email back to the shopper and the vendor.

Not really sure whats going on? anyone seen this before?

Also running Amin tools Pro with WAF and their .htaccess file with mod rewrite

I'm about to test this with PayPal payments pro and using a debit card. I'm also about to test with 'Shipped' prder status to see if it does the same.

Also, my site is OFFLINE. Not sure if that would have any effect?

Did you get any solution? My guess is that PayPal site contacts back your site to confirm the order payment with IPN, and that puts the order in "Confirmed" status. That should happen only once though.
