Modifying Confirmation Emails in V 2.6.6

Hi everyone. Firstly...
Totally new to forums..No idea what I'm doing, so please be patient and don't yell at me too loud if/when I stuff something up.
Secondly...
I'm somewhat of a novice to web building.. This project has been dropped in my lap and, whilst I'm learning fast, I'm still really green.
So...
Trying to upgrade an old Joomla/Virtuemart site to current versions and now running Virtuemart 2.6.6. I'm wanting to change the layout of the confirmation emails that are sent when an order is placed. (E.g. SKU is 'wordwrapping'. Need to make its 'field' longer...Stuff like that)
I've read several forums and they point at directories that I don't seem to have. For instance... ...\com_virtuemart\themes\...   or  ...\com_virtuemart\html\... I have neither.  What am I missing...?

Or....is there somewhere in Virtuemart that lets you reset the layout? Looked hard but couldn't see anything....

Any idea's would be appreciated.
