[SOLVED] Deleted Shipping Method still shows up in cart at Change Shipment

I have deleted all ways of shipping except one. Even though I have done this, when I am checking out selecting "Change Shipment" I see that standard shipping method "Free Shipping" (see screen shot) is showing above my new shipping method. The deleted shipping method only shows up in language English and only in English is the field "Change Shipment" available. When switching to German, it does not show up. My Joomla Template was originally in English only and the "Free Shipping" was the only shipping method in template.

Why does the deleted shipping method show up in English? How can I remove the deleted shipping method from Check-out => Change Shipment?

what happens with a std. template? Beez etc?
Is there an entry for it in the DB? table jos_virtuemart_shipmentmethods

There was an inconsistency in the DB. There was one shipment method in the table for de-de and two in the table for en-gb. I created a new entry in the table for de-de, it showed up in VM backend, I unpublished it and now it works perfectly.

Sometimes a small hint helps a lot.
