Digital Product with Subscription Management

Hi, I have a Joomla website. Now i want to sell my software on it. What i need is ,

    A Paid download with Subscription period (Like 6 Months upgrade free)
    A Renewal Charge (Like Software is $100. After six month the renewal will be $50)

Need a guidance and opinion.
