Bad experience with Cisin Infrastucture

Hello everyone, I want to report my experience with http://www.cisin.com, after paying € 300 for developing a plugin for virtue mart, Messrs. CIS BD Violet and Praveen Patidar, they worked for me, most do not respond to my request for assistance to the project. I'm about 40 days I ask assistance without receiving a response.
I advise everyone to be careful and avoid this company to develop your projects.
