Additional prices adding in discounts?

If you add any addinatl thing like texture for $5 instead of the price increasing it increases the discount value and the final price remain the same despite what ever we select.

Just check you will find strange behaviour

How to solve, i think the forumula somewhere is wrong

We found that it due to override but if we dis-able override , we only see the actuall price not the discounted prices

So how can we set discounted price while override disable
