Offline Credit Card Processing Missing Credit Card Type

I am using Offline Credit Card Processing, combined with One Page Checkout (linelab).

1. Credit Card Type is missing options.  How do I  add Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as options for the customer to select? (see attachment)
2. Whenever I select Credit Card as a payment option, the error message appears before I even fill out the form (see attchment).  How to fix this? (see attachment)

In the payment configuration,  select values for the parameter Credit Cards. That is the reason why there is no Credit Card Type select list on the payment page.

probably because the Credit Card Type is missing. This type is used to validate the Credit Card number.

I know this is an old post but I'm have exactly the same problem using the same plugins:  PayPal, Offline Credit Card Processing combined with Rupostel One Page Checkout.

I'm using Virtuemart version 2.6.12.2.  I have selected credit cards in the plugin parameters but the "Credit Card Type" dropdown is still not showing.

What am I doing wrong?  Anyone?

Try without the OPC  If still not working then the iStraxx offline card plugin is supported by ticket. http://extensions.virtuemart.net/support-updates

I tried both PayPal and CC offline with no OPC, and the latest VM , and everything is ok for me.
Can you please a link to your website, and i check what could be the reason.
