Accidental update - COM_VIRTUEMART_MIGRATION_WARN_VM1_EXTENSIONS

Hello everybody!

I need urgent help from you guys. As an accident I upgraded my virtuemart to the latest on a J!1.5.22 site + the aio, and my site got screwed up. None of the site or database backups didnt help.
Does any of you know how to solve it, please tell me!
It is very urgent for me. I tried everything I can.
