Error 500 when try to synchronize images

Hi, i tried to found this problem in the forum but i don't see it.

When i try to synchronize the images appear the error 500 of the server. In the error log said: Premature end of script headers: php-latest, referer:
http ://www.xxxxxxxxxx.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=media

Please help me ^^.
