HELP! IPN errors with every order on my site...

HELP PLEASE!!

Orders on my client's site were coming through just fine and all of the sudden about 2 or 3 weeks ago she started getting IPN error emails for EVERY single order.
I have to go in and manually send her all order details....which is very difficult and means I have to be sitting in front of computer at all times ready for orders.

I have a paypal payment plugin for virtuemart and it works great EXCEPT that we are now receiving the IPN error emails instead of order detail emails for EVERY order lately.

We have been looking everywhere for fixes for this, but nothing seems to be what we are looking for or working.

Here is the error we receive:
Error code 506. Possible fraud. Error with REMOTE IP ADDRESS = 198.143.33.33.
The remote address of the script posting to this notify script does not match a valid PayPal ip address

These are the valid IP Addresses: 23.75.82.234,173.0.81.33,173.0.81.1,216.113.188.202,216.113.188.203,216.113.188.204,66.211.170.66,198.143.34.33The Order ID received was: 7e4e095

PLEASE HELP ASAP!! My client is very upset about this and needs it fixed ASAP!
