Module VirtueMart Search Product can search through manufacturers?

not sure if its searching through the manufacturers or not but the search result its not what i expect it to be, able to search products using a portion of its product title + manufacturer

i already selected "Manufacturer Name" on VM -> Configuration -> Product Order Settings ->Available Search Fields

tested on
VM version 2.0.22a, Joomla! 2.5.16 and
VM version  2.0.26a, Joomla! 2.5.17

how does VM search product module find products or identify products does it able to find products using keyword with a portion the product title combined with its manufacturer?

example i want to be able to find this product http://demo.circlebcshop.com.au/products/supplies-media/1003861/1003861-detail by using a portion of its product name + manufacturer..

i tried using keywords: (no 74 hp) |  (74 hp) | (74 ink hp) and can't find it on the search result and somethings search result returns 0 products at all..
