After returning from payment gateway, not able to send notification email.

Hi,

I have installed new payment gateway plugin and I am facing a problem after returning from payment gateway channel, no notification email is send to customer or to vendor. Even I couldn't find any order confirmation or failure message on plugin response page.

I am not a coder but then also tried to digged in to the code but couldn't help much. I am not able to figure out the sequence of code running just after triggering OnPaymentResponseReceived() function. Since not a single activity of this function is working, I doubt that even this function is triggered.

I am using ccavenues payment gateway plugin, Joomla 2.5 and virtuemart 2.20b.

Requesting to please help.
