payment and shipmment

Hi,
i would like to ask if it is possible
i want to have 2 payments methods and shipping methods
1.deposit -->Bank account ---> shipping method 3 prices 2.5...3.8...4... for different areas in greece ... free for amount over 55euro and


2. cash on delivery---> shipping method free 5 euro for all greece ..... for amount over 55euro

I try o plugin for free shipping, but only for COD
Can i connect payment and shipping methods.


When i choose COD for example in my bill add 5 euro
When i choose deposit add to my bill the price of my area..

its my first eshop sould i buy a plugin?
