If products are in two categories they ignore ordering - mess

Hello guys,

I have trouble with ordering products.

I have for example one product which is in two categories, in first one is on 10 position (I am ordering manually) and in the second category it should be on 14 for example but still will be appear on 10th. Please see attachments.

You can see on picture that the first products are just in one category and the others are in two. They are not following ordering like in the first category.

tested, I cannot reproduce it, ordering works for each category.

Oh right, I have very old version
It is working now BUT after upgrade I cant see my products in my page? I can see them in backend but not in frontend : http://com2.ondrejvymetalik.cz/

Fellows, for saving time of admins please, tell what version you are facing problems.

PRO: Running 2.0.2 happily on one server live (but not very securely) - and that is old.
