Installation not possible

Hello Community!

I use Joomla 3.2 at my Server from all-inkl.de...
The installation of template is possible and fits without any problems!
Now i try to install virtuemart 2.0
First i downloaded the stable version 2.0.24c
I extracted the file and choose the first zip file (not the aio) in joomla at uploaded them.

No Joomla said to me:
JInstaller: :Install: The Joomla!-XML-Installationfile could not find.

But i have the original ZIP file: com_virtuemart.2.0.24c.zip
What can be the problem? There are 4 Folders in it and the virtuemart.xml
